The flowers were a gorgeous mix of varied pastels. Plus, the message that I asked to be included was handwritten by the Floom staff; what a warm and unexpected touch. In addition, I had a question while I was placing the order and was able to get an immediate response via the chat function. I placed my order from the U.S. to a delivery address in the U.K. and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. I am sure I'll use Floom again.

We live in California and wanted to send our son a birthday surprise to his flat in London where he lives and works. It was super-easy to do this and the delivery was spot-on as promised. Bravo, FLoom!

Placed an order for same day delivery, order did not arrive until the next day. Whoever reached out was not helpful and has yet to connect me to the manager. I was offered a $5 discount for the trouble which is not sufficient.

I paid 100 pounds for the flowers on my wife's birthday eve. The order was postponed twice, and on the birthday night, the manager texted me that the delivery is not possible, and money will be refunded in 10 days. So I have to rush to the nearest florist to buy flowers in the morning. Awful service as it is.

First time with Floom, and the recipient got very much what I hoped for and was delighted. I had checked with some other sites and they were out of stock or needed a few working days at least, so I was surprised in a good way. Thank you!

The best part about my experience was that the flowers that were delivered were beautiful and good quality. The driver was also very kind and corteous; however, the delivery was made outside the promised delivery window which complicated things for the recipient. I tried to get updates using the chatbot but it would take long to respond and never truly resolved my issue. As beautiful as the flowers were, due to the tardiness of the delivery (especially seeing as how they charge a large-ish sum for it), I do not think I will use this service again.

Beautiful flower arrangements to choose from but when your order doesn't arrive for a grieving family, and there is no notification that it wasn't sent, no detail online and a required exchange with customer care, not ideal and won't be using this service again.
