My first paid order fell because the florist decided they didn’t delivery to hospitals . How bizarre is that ! They should state that fact at the point a delivery address is requested. A refund was not offered for immediate repayment The second purchase went well , so the experience was acceptable and , in the end, efficient C

Flowers arrived in a box. For the price tag I paid I was expecting something better. The flowers are poor quality and already dying.

The delivery was made on time but I could not get any updates throughout the process so I didn't know if everything was going according to the schedule. The website was down for about 8 hours on the 14th of February, which is probably the busiest day for this site. The delivery was OK and on time though.

I ordered on the morning of Valentine's day and was notified the flowers would be delivered by 6pm. At 7:10pm I was notified that they were unable to deliver my order and would be refunded. I went to my valentine's date empty handed.
