I understand valentine’s is the biggest day of the year, but fact is, your website failed, I got an error message instead of confirmation, and hence had no choice but to use another website. A couple of hours later, I get a confirmation from Floom by email. I then ask Floom to cancel the order but simply get the reply that I ordered and hence it stands as is. How can an error message equate to an order?

Flowers didn’t arrive on V-day, unfortunate. System stated that it arrived the next day, but still no flowers. Thankfully, girlfriend lives in doorman building so it’s logged into system if anything is received, but no flowers... Hope Floom refunds!

We understand the frustration of this and apologize again for the inconvenience. It looks like we last emailed you over the weekend offering a refund or redelivery, but have not heard from you. Ordered flowers and my order said 'delivered' but they weren't. I reached out to floom and they couldn't reach the delivery service. Was forced to cancel and refund my order

Got a delivery message when the order was not delivered yet. Recipient started to ask neighbours and concierge, but no one has seen our flowers. Contacted support, was told that the order was indeed delivered. Then 5 hours later , the driver arrived to the apartment. So the recipient recieved the flowers in the end, but the surprise was ruined by an erroneous delivery message.

The flowers were great, but the Floom platform was not. Impossible to speak to a human, website was buggy and crashed, and delivery updates were wrong. I’d recommend an independent florist.

My order, to a guest of a hotel, was left outside the hotel room and then disappeared. Not entirely Floom's fault, although clear instructions were given to deliver to reception. However customer support handling was poor - difficult to communicate with and i have still not heard back. Had to investigate and resolve the issue myself

Generally our drivers are not allowed in hotels beyond reception, so it may be worth asking the hotel if they placed the flowers there themselves. At any rate, please don't hesitate to reach back out if there's any issues we can help resolve.

I paid for a delivery on a certain date. The service said it had been attempted but I did not find evidence of that on the door camera footage. I requested for re-delivery. I received an email notifying me that the bouquet was delivered but my friend (for whom the bouquet was intended) was home the entire day. She did not get a buzz at the door and did not receive the delivery.

The website and purchase experience were both great. However, the flowers began dying almost immediately even though we prepped the flowers for a vase according to instructions. This usually allows for a week or more of healthy flowers, but not this time.

Flowers were great. Poor communication. Flowers were delivered on Monday night, but confirmation was received the following evening. Also, hidden taxes and fees at the end of checkout were not appreciated.
