“The flowers were never delivered. I reported the incident, the Floom team asked me to wait for a solution but I didn't get any feedback... When we decide to give flowers but the person does not receive them, the surprise is ruined.”

“This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered same day delivery to console my friend on her brother’s death and the flowers just weren’t delivered. No explanation, no update, nothing. Customer support just gaslit and kicked the can down the road with no follow up. Never buying from Floom again.”

“I used Floom to send flowers to a colleague. The flowers were delivered quickly. She received them within a few hours of me placing the order. She said they were stunning. This was the first time I used Floom and was very impressed with the ease of use and speed of delivery.”
