“My experience with Floom was faultless. Flowers were delivered on the scheduled day and looked exactly as shown in the picture. This was very important as it was to mark the end of medical treatment for a close family member. The floom site itself made it easy for me to compare arrangements and find something in a style I liked and there was plenty of space for a personal message with no extra charges. I could also choose a florist close to the delivery address with travel miles in mind. Thank you Floom, ordering from overseas doesn't always go smoothly and it was important that it did and IT DID!!”

“I won't be using Floom again. Delivery came late and the flowers recieved did not look like the photo advertised. Never again. I won't be recommending.”
