Flowers were gorgeous, kept safe in their box. Ordered internationally and even got the address wrong, putting ‘lane’ instead of ‘road’, but no issues at all, flowers arrived next day, and on Valentine’s Day to boot. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dear Harvey, Thank you for the time taken to leave us the review. We completely understand that has caused inconvenience and we can only apologise for this at this point. We can see that our colleagues tried to find another partner florist to cover the order for same-day delivery without success, therefore they had to proceed with the refund. This is not the level of service that we aim to provide and our management department is chasing to get the collaboration with the florist that cancelled the order, in the right direction. Plant isn't anywhere near the immage on the website - there isnt anything pink, nor the leafs or vase disappointed!

Further to the sentences below - the refund arrived as I was writing! The flowers I ordered could not be delivered (on Feb 13th - a birthday) I have been promised a refund but it has not yet arrived However, communications from Floom were prompt and helpful

The flowers (white roses) were a bit disappointing. Supposed to be 24 stems but there were only 22. Supposed to include some eucalyptus but there was none. Some of the roses had a bit of brown on the petals and they did not last long. For £130 it was definitely not good value.

My flowers didn’t arrive Same Day as guaranteed. In fact they didn’t arrive until late afternoon the next day. When I contacted Floom, they said they’d refund my delivery fee but not the £60 I’d spent on flowers that were now useless. People order same day flowers for a reason. Very poor service. I’ve used them in nyc with no problem but I’ll think twice now. Shocked that they aren’t refunding the full cost or providing a credit.

My flowers were not delivered and no update was provided by floom. Then when i followed up later, I was told sorry the vendor is not responding and I will be getting the refun back. The only reason i am not rating very poor is becasue i will be getting the refund but still my partner ended with no flowers so i cannot trust you guys again on special occasions.

Incorrectly listed the order as delivered then attempted to re-deliver it two days later unsuccessfully. Unprofessional, dishonest, and not accomodating.

It’s always nerve racking when ordering from a picture and arranging a delivery in the UK from Australia BUT the 3 little succulents in gorgeous pots were exactly what was pictured!! Perfect housewarming present for our daughter. Thank you.
