A great experience! The checkout flow was seamless and the delivery was perfect. I ordered flower delivery for my girlfriend (who I thought would be home) and was left with the doorman exactly like I asked if that were the case. This was next day delivery too! Will absolutely use Floom again!

Flowers were replaced as the one I ordered weren’t available. While I understand that, they didn’t offer to cancel the order or discount or any kind of apology, just an email confronting me with this information. As a result, I didn’t like the replacement and would prefer this order to be cancelled.

I ordered some flowers last weekend for my daughter with 2 helium balloons. They arrived in a cardboard box with the balloons not even blown up. I was really disappointed it was hardly a bouquet more of a bunch of flowers. I thought l was ordering from a local florist through floom but obviously not. For the price l paid l felt this was very poor.

Found this service for a last minute delivery of flowers for a friend’s birthday - ordered to delivered in about 24 hours. She loved them! And it was affordable.

I've patiently and repeatedly asked for service from Floom and I've received no response. The wrong bouquet was delivered and contained items covered in spray paint. I've requested either the redelivery of the correct item, or a refund and have received no response. I've never refuted a card payment in my life, but I will be doing so if this is not resolved.

Floom itself wasn't the problem; someone delivered our flowers yet the funeral home said they never received anything. We'd like our money back.

Payed 71 bucks to have them deliver a day after valentines day with a card completely miswriten without my name on it. 3/10 Y'all should really do better, would not come back again. Sincerly, Robin

Worst experience in my life. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. I highly recommend never to purchase from here. Please look elsewhere for flowers. Truly anywhere but here.

We have looked at how the delivery of the order has gone and we can see that the order was delivered and you have been provided with the proof of delivery. Because of this, our partner florist offered a re-delivery of the order for you and they kindly asked you to double-check the delivery address so they can make sure that this time, your recipient will find the address but this bothered you - for sure this was not our aim. However, a full refund was processed for you and will be back in the account used to make the payment in 5 to 7 working days. We express our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.
