Horrible horrible horrible. Never been more disappointed with a business in my life. I paid $247 for a large bouquet and 3 half-dead flowers showed up in a paper bag. You should be embarrassed with yourselves— I’m telling everyone I know to never order from you again.

Bouquet was extremely poor quality for the price. Also was delivered on the wrong day.

I never received the flowers. I still have not been refunded. I reached out to the support team. It has been two days and I have not heard anything. Like the person delivering the flowers never reached out to the recipient like instructed.

Flowers were not parrot tulips as advertised. Could have got a better fresher bunch at a supermarket. Day 2 and already fully opened

Delivered outside of projected delivery hours. Plus, if you have a selection of flowers that is advertised to arrive on valentine’s day, they need to come on valentine’s day—if not, it’s hardly better than expired. A disclaimer that basically says “you can’t count on our business” with no compensation feels insulting, unhelpful, and dishonest. The only money i spent here was due to your SEO, and i’ll never spend any more.

Flowers weren't as good as I had hoped or expected for the price paid. Also no flower food provided.The tracking feature is very limited and not good enough in 2024.

This is the third time that I have ordered flowers through Floom and I am very satisfied. As I live in the Netherlands I do not have the possibility to deliver my bouquets personally and with the Dutch influence I am very critical of the quality of the arrangements.

They delivered a different item but appreciate the commitment to get the delivery done on valentine's. Only ordered from them since website promised same day delivery. Even though different bouqet arrived it did arrive same day which I think is acceptable on such a busy day.

Really great service, easy to navigate website with good filtering options. Lots of great florists with different styles so there is something there for everyone. I definitely wouldn’t have come across the florist I ordered from (blooms by cag) without floom. Delivery was fast and the recipient loved their flowers. Couldn’t be happier!
