“Ordered flowers for relative in LA (I live in London). Easy in terms of checkout etc. Gave my relatives American number, delivered but left on the wall outside rather than actually knocking the door first. Also I opted for a ‘deal of the day’ (florist choice), it was a gamble but flowers that were chosen turned out to be lovely. However I paid for a superior size bunch and they looked like they were lacking from the picture I saw. Would use again though for convenience & the person receiving the flowers loved them.”

“Same day delivery arriving 3 days later with attendant poor communication renders the purchase utterly pointless. Annoyingly engagement was poor too. And not cheap at £100-ish. Flowers were OK but white roses deteriorated quickly even when in a cold room.”

Thank you for your review of Floom!   We are sorry to hear you were not 100% happy with the flowers once received, and for the 2-day delay experienced with your order. This is certainly not what we wish for any of our customers and the recipients they thoughtfully send a bouquet arrangement. Delays can happen due to stock and stem availability and we strive to ensure this is quickly communicated to all customers. Flowers need to be kept in rooms that do not have too much heat or cold as the temperatures can easily cause the flowers to suffer in quality, our partner florists take time and care to make all bouquets with fresh, high-quality stems and should not deteriorate quickly.  We do hope your recipient enjoyed your thoughtful gift!
