“Your webpage is like something out of the dark ages. It took for ever to load. But more importantly, you knew the flowers where for a cremation, at 11am. But they arrived after the cremation.”

Hello,  We thank you for taking the time to review your order with Floom! Our partner florists work very hard to complete all orders and consider the delivery instructions when planning their delivery schedules. They do accommodate where possible and on this occasion, the delivery was made on time and before the 11 am service and left with the reception at the address provided. We apologise sincerely if this was not placed in the venue until after that time by staff at the address. We send our condolences to you and sorry for your loss.

Thank you for your review of Floom! We would have loved the chance to make this right for you and look into the flowers received not being as expected and the exact nature of them not looking the same as the website. We do have a 'what you see is what you get' ethos and strive to inform all customers of any changes made to the bouquets prior to delivery. We do not see any communications from our florist partner regarding any substitutions to be made with your order, we do hope the recipient enjoyed your thoughtful gift!

“Was great, and easy process purchasing a bouquet for the first time from Floom. Flowers were also beautiful and nicely presented which I appreciate more as they were a gift. Love that they came from a local florist. One thing that would've made the experience better would be to add a tracking service to know when to expect it, but not the end of the world and I still think it was overall 5stars. Will be ordering from the site again!”

“Flowers were fine but they didn’t come in the vase listed in the description and shown in the pictures. Instead they arrived in a large green tub. I will not be ordering from here again.”

“Floom delivered beautiful flowers to my beautiful friend who lives in London. The guest experience is top notch. Ease of ordering and prompt delivery means a worry free shopping expeience for me. I live in California so I need a florist I can trust to deliver the arrangement just as ordered and on time. Thank you, Floom!”
