“I sent the flowers as a gift to someone having an operation. The flowers weren't delivered to their home or neighbour but were instead delivered to the local post office and as they're in recovery they couldn't go and pick them up. Not a great experience and a wasted gift!”

Thank you for taking the time to review us!  Here at Floom, we do understand how important sending flowers is for our customers and recipients. We are sorry to learn your recipient did not receive their bouquet. The courier service attempted a delivery but when no answer is received they look to follow their procedures, protocols and notice received by the contact telephone numbers provided for delivery options. A delivery notice was sent to inform the flowers had been taken to a post office to collect and this gives the full address and pass information needed of the shop where they can be collected. We are sorry the experience you had with us was not 100% to your satisfaction but we would love for you to give us another try in future, we do hope you will reconsider us!
