“I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered on the same day and I paid extra for this. I have never received the flowers and I had to follow up on my order on my own. I contacted Floom via Instagram then I had some response back which was to wait for 24 hrs more to get an understanding of where my order is due to Floom not being able to reach the florist. I finally got full refund back which I am waiting to see within 5-10 working days.”

“Floom is not a reliable service. I purchased my wife some flowers and chocolates to be delivered on our wedding anniversary, just as a little something. My order did not arrive, at all. I was hoping to surprise my wife with something nice and was let down, and therefore so was she. Not only was it not delivered, but the large delivery window (0800-1800) meant I was waiting all day for nothing. No explanation was given for the no show. While Floom have offered a full refund, they have said this will take ‘10 +’ business days to come through. That is at least half a month! This is a pretty abysmal time frame in the modern world of instant bank transfers. If you’re not going to bother to fulfill my order whatsoever, at least have the decency to swiftly give me my money back! Due to non delivery, my time wasted, my anniversary celebrations dampened, and the extremely slow refund process, I will not be using Floom again. 0/10”

“I've used Dawson's flowers for yrs but my experience using Floom has been poor. I purchased flowers to be delivered on a weekend three days in advance and there is still no delivery. I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions but my attempts garnered no responses.”

“I placed 2 orders to be delivered on the same day. I paid $19.99 for each item to have same day delivery. My second order did not get delivered. It is 2 days later and my gift is now late. It has still not shown up.”
