“I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in hospital on a Wednesday. They didn't arrive. Two days later, I received an email saying it had been impossible to deliver because nobody was there to receive them. In a hospital! I made a fuss and eventually they were successfully delivered. Pretty shoddy service, I think.”

Hi Jessica Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, I'm so sorry your order was not delivered on the specified day due to our florist partner having to unexpectedly sloe their shop early that day. I can see you have been in contact with our customer support team who are rearranging delivery for you, but I understand the disappointment this must have caused you and apologise for the inconvenience.

“Absolutely AWFUL. 3 days after due date (same day delivery) gift of flowers not delivered to my recipient at all. Extremely poor response from customer service - just get told none to take the call. Payment taken instantly not yet returned. I do not recommend Floom. Will use tried and trusted interflora. BTW they are not even based in the US even though there is a US number. Will be sending further report to authorities - something is not right with this company.”

“Ordered flowers; turned out the exact order couldn't be satisfied, but I received emails ensuring me the flowers would still arrive on time, with substitutions. No flowers arrived. The florist was not aware of the the automated(?) promises made by Floom. Customer service was very nice and helpful.”

“I was looking for a tracking option. I chat with somebody and helped me, but it is more convenient for me to have a tracking number link where I can see the delivery and if is ready or not. Overall good service.”

“Floom seemed slightly more expensive than some other shops in the area but I was happy that I spent a little more: the flowers were beautiful and the arrangements were unique. The icing on the cake was that the delivery person took a picture of the recipient with the flowers and texted the pics to me, which warmed my heart. And, the flowers that were delivered looked like the picture on the website (this should be a given, but sadly, at other places, that is not always true).”

“I paid extra for same-day delivery, but the flowers were not delivered until the following evening. I got zero confirmation from your team that the flowers were delivered. I rang customer service to inquire about the update of the delivery, I was told I would get a callback and that never happened.”
