“I've had gorgeous flowers sent to me via Floom and now just ordered some for my aunt - there was a good selection across price ranges and all the boquets were so pretty - she loved them.”

“It was nothing like they showed on the picture paid $100 for some flowers that I could’ve bought it from the corner on the picture it showed in a nice white box, it came on a shopping bag that looked from the 99c store, calling to at least get a 50% return back, they were for my moms birthday my dad wanted to give her something nice and it was so ugly when we got home.”

“Worst service I have ever used for sending flowers. I put in an order the night before, I asked for them to be delivered at 11am, knowing that may not be possible. By 5:50pm I knew it wasn’t going to get delivered. I called the customer service, they said they would get in touch with the florist and get back to me. I kept sending messages to the customer service and heard nothing back. The next day, I got an email that it had been delivered on Saturday, but I never got any confirmation or anything. No communication. No offers to remedy the situation. It was just a bad experience all around. If it’s important, don’t go with Floom.”

“I think it's so poor to only deliver at 1730 for an 0700 order. Their simply, simply must be a swifter means. I recall same day delivery used to be before noon. The lag is for one reason and one reason only. Cutting costs, and a lack of really caring.”

“We have been waiting for 3 days to hear about a dispute to do with a special bouquet that I ordered. The bouquet that was delivered was a poor copy of what we originally purchased. Cheaper flowers and less greens were given as a mock up to the original… our £50 bouquet ended up looking like a £8 bouquet from Morrisons / petrol station. Very very disappointed.”

“I ordered on Sept 19th for next day delivery of flowers to my daughter in Manchester for her birthday on 20th. I am not with her since I am overseas so this delivery was important. BUT the delivery was NOT made!!! I wasn’t even informed!! Now I asked and still waiting for refund. Completely unacceptable!”
