“Ordered flowers the Friday before Mother's Day (oops) and the flowers were delivered on Sunday to my mother's apartment and were absolutely gorgeous. Very well-priced for the quality of flower and quantity! She separated the bouquet into 4 or 5 regular sized vases. 10/10!”

“This was my first time ordering from Floom, and I was looking for same day delivery. The arrangement was to be sent as condolences for the loss of a family member. I specifically selected an arrangement that featured many succulents, so that the recipient could plant them in her garden as a remembrance. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement, and much to my dismay, not a single succulent was part of the bouquet. I did reach out to Floom, and their solution was to refund $20. While I appreciate the gesture, it isn't sufficient. What was delivered was not up to par with a $120 arrangement. As well, because I selected the same day delivery, it was not free of charge like the website indicated. I can understand, and am selecting 2 stars because they did deliver timely, but I paid $20 for that service. A better solution to the subpar arrangement would have been to perhaps offer to refund $20 and my shipping charge, but unfortunately, that was not done.”

“Picked this bouquet with my husband for my sisters 1st Mother’s Day. She’s been through many struggles and was blessed with twins! A girl and a boy. She’s waited so long to celebrate this day and be a mom, I wanted it to be extra special for her. And it was! She was so happy and the picture on the website doesn’t do it justice. It was so beautiful! I’ve never seen such a magnificent bouquet before. The flowers and the colors are so breathtaking. Thank you for making her day so very special.”

“This was such a great experience! I was buying flowers for family that live abroad and was running into an issue, their customer service was expedient and precise in their reply and the flowers are STUNNING and arrived on time. I appreciated the level of communication from Floom and will absolutely be buying flowers from them in the future!!”

“Ordered flowers for Mother's day, two days ahead of time. At 5 PM on Mother's day, I got an email saying that they had been delivered. They never were delivered. 24 hour doorman building, so no problem getting deliveries.”

“The recipient never received her Mother's Day flowers. Got no update from Floom about the potential missed delivery and no update the following day(today). When I called in Floom could only determine that the order was not marked as delivered and cancelled the order. I paid extra for delivery on Sunday and got nothing. This is the last time I use this service for any order that matters.”
