“I use the service because it seems to support local florists, which feels more sustainable to me. I do wish very much I had more (and more affordable) options in terms of picking loose bouquets, rather than arrangements with vases. We don't need any more vases, so this is a waste of materials and money. Finally, the website is pretty, but always runs slowly and feels a little clunky - moving back and forth between looking at an item and then going back to a filtered list of items isn't easy. But I appreciate the service and have used it many times!”

“Great! I included a message in french for my mother and it was handwritten on a note that was delivered to her, with all the words and accents spelled correctly (even though I assume the person who wrote it did not speak french). Thank you!”

“Received the wrong order for Mother’s Day. They delivered a less than adequate arrangement considering what I had paid. I was only offered a 30% refund and an excuse that it was a busy holiday. I specifically used Floom as a higher end option especially for an important flower holiday. If they can’t deliver what’s expected of them on important holidays then what’s the point of spending the extra money? Incredibly disappointed and not worth it. Just stick with 1- 800 flowers folks. At least you’ll get what you want and not spend an extra arm and a leg for it.”

“I ordered flowers and they were delivered to the wrong address. Floom was great at owning the mistake and fixing it within 24 hours. At first I was completely disappointed but that was quickly changed. My friend loved the flowers - they were beautiful.”

“I've used Floom for a of couple years now, and every order I have made has been accurately filled with beautiful flowers which were delivered on time. The website is attractive and easy to navigate, and their corral of florists is very good (at least in London, where most of my orders have been made).”
