“They were reasonably priced and the flowers were as shown online. Beautiful! Made a very lovely Mother’s Day bouquet. Easy to order online all the way from Alaska, and sent me an update as soon as the flowers were delivered. Awesome service, would definitely order from them again.”

“I will never use Floom again. The retailer took my money and led me to believe that my flowers would be delivered on Mother’s Day. When no flowers arrived, I called a Floom representative who informed me that the retailer does not deliver to my neighborhood. The retailer never reached out to me directly. Worst possible service. I have told my network about this horrible service.”
