We are very sorry to learn you would not use our services again, however the delivery service delay with your order was beyond Floom customer services and our florists partners control. DPD delivery services encountered a delay in their scheduled services and routes - we have actioned a refund for the delivery fee as a result of this delay. We do apologise for the delay with your order and any inconveniences caused due to this.

“I've only ever had the PB&J Smoothie at Floom as my post workout treat but every visit it's been delicious. The staff there are very nice, as is the owner. Next time I may try one of the bowls!”

Thank you for your feedback! We thank you for using Floom for your order, we are disappointed to read you were not 100% happy with the arrangement, we would have loved to have helped resolve this for you but I do not see any communications from you after the delivery was received. The flowers are of the same high quality that you paid and purchased- the arrangement photograph here you have shared has a different shaped glass holder making the stems sit differently to how viewed on the website.
