The bouquet my friend received was not like the image, and I paid for same-day delivery and did not receive it.

We value all feedback received here at Floom, we are disappointed to hear you were not 100% happy with the order received. We would have loved to make this right for you, if given the chance, as we have not received any communication from you regarding the quality of the arrangement. Unfortunately as your order was placed after our florist partners cut-off time - we were unable to complete this for you on the same day- this was immediately raised by our florist and communicated to you.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. Your Floom order for a beautiful Deluxe Roses bouquet was sent in perfect condition, as are all orders by our amazing, passionate partner florists! Upon receiving your photographs of the bouquet received- this did show small damage to 1 or 2 roses which can happen on route during transportation on route, however roses do have 'guard petals' to protect them and naturally are a darker thick petal. All of this information was communicated to you via email but we do hope the recipient loved your thoughtful gift! We thank you for using Floom!

We live in Rhode Island USA and ordered a Christmas wreath for our daughter and son-in-law who just moved to a townhouse in Barnes. They were surprised and delighted to receive it, saying it was beautiful and provided the perfect missing finishing touch to their new home. They were also delighted with the aroma of cinnamon, cloves and oranges. Thank you for making this long-distance ordering so quick and easy!

Website too busy and too slow moving. Really bad feature was being charged a "service fee" at the end. It was not included in the pricing before that and there was no indication of it coming. Very Ryanairish. Delivery fee can be expected. But not service fee. Naughty.

Screw up the order. Hound you for social media reviews and don't address your complaints. A perfect lesson as to why AI isn't the solution, yet. Don't use would be my honest advice

I've used Floom now for over 2 years and its honestly my go to for flower deliveries. They have a great selection, quick service, and everything is so beautiful!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Online checkout was easy. You are great at taking the money. But when it comes to delivery I don't think you understand the concept. If something can't be delivered then it should not be on the website. You are dealing with peoples milestones and celebrations. I would NEVER TRUST Floom!

 However, on this occasion we were unable to make this happen due to our florist partner needing to close their shop to all orders.
