They cancelled my order the day of delivery at 6pm and just because I asked where the order was. First order with them and surely the last.

We apologize for canceling your order and for the confusion you experienced when trying to track your order status. To clarify, your order was not cancelled because you asked for an update. The order was cancelled because the florist ran out of flowers and simply did not have the stock to complete the order. I recognize this is a massive inconvenience, but Floom would never cancel and order without reasonable cause. I hope this helps you better understand the reason behind cancellation, and if there's anything else we can do to resolve this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out.

ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentine’s day and they never showed up, never acknowledged that they wouldn’t be delivered until the next day. do not use this service.

Really bad experience for a long-time customer. Order was delivered a day late with no notice. I had no way to contact the florist, and the arrangement itself already appears to be dying after less than a day. Very unfortunate.

Flowers didn’t get delivered till about 9pm local time on Valentine’s Day. The day was already over. Unacceptable service.

First time and last time using floom. Terrible experience, my order didn’t come on the due date. It came very late the next day. I asked for a refund multiple times and customer service ended up ignoring me. Finally I got confirmation of refund but would never recommend.

I ordered flowers 13th February night time around 10pm. And my love received flowers on 14th Valentines day at 10 am in the morning. Just wow! You guys are amazing. I will use this website forever 🫶🏼 %100 service
