Picture of flowers delivered did not look very like bouquet chosen but blooms were good quality so overall happy. Had asked that recipient was phoned/ messaged re delivery- were left with a neighbour but recipient was unaware they had arrived until I spoke to her many hours later

I bought flowers for my uncle as he was nearing the end. I live overseas, so having this service through floom is amazing. I ordered same day delivery and they arrived as promised. They looked even more beautiful than in the website photos. Very happy with the service. One note of improvement for floom. I chose not to write a message, and this meant that the flowers did not say who they were from. My relatives were a little confused. I thought that it would still have some card with the names of the senders. Perhaps there was an option on the webform, but i didn’t see it.

The flowers never arrived but were marked as delivered. I placed the order four days in advance because it's a holiday and everything shuts down Wednesday. I've never had this happen with any local florist I've used. Floom destroyed my holiday and took my money to not deliver what I paid for. Never using this overseas floral dispatch ever again.

Very user friendly website which is easy to navigate. The flowers sent were beautiful and delivered on tme with no fuss. Highly recommended.

The flowers appeared to be dead and weltered. Very disappointing as it was my sister’s 30th birthday. Please provide a refund.

A wonderful bouquet arrived at my wife's place of work .... it was our 30th Wedding Anniversary... an arrangement of spectacular flowers including orchids. She was so pleased and absolutely loved the flowers.

I ordered a US$150 bouquet of tulips for same-day delivery from floom, but the bouquet arrived late and was predominantly orange flowers instead of tulips as requested. This deviation greatly disappointed me and affected my best friend's birthday celebration negatively. Despite being a loyal customer appreciative of floom’s support for local businesses, this experience fell short of expectations. I have requested a full refund for the bouquet delivery and hope Flume addresses these issues promptly to maintain customer trust. Overall, my recent experience with Flume was disappointing due to order accuracy and customer satisfaction issues.
