Great service from Floom. Fresh flowers arranged in a very nice bouquet, delivered the same day as promised, in a simlple yet atractive bag with a practical glass vase. Wife very happy, hence me also.

THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL HOWEVER I PAID FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY AND THEY SENT A CONFERMATION THEY WERE DELIVERED BUT THEY WERE NOT RECEIVED UNTIL 2PM THE NEXT DAY!!!! NOT OK!!!

Quick and easy and the flowers arrived on time. It would be beneficial if Floom provided customers with a photo of the arrangement upon or before delivery.

Delivery service DPD lied, and said we weren’t in for delivery, when we were present all day. They then sent to a post office that we had to collect from even though I paid for £11 delivery. I then complained to floom who were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, and said they couldn’t help at all

All of our florists work with different courier services, DPD was the courier service used for your order to be completed. We did advise you on the day of delivery that the flowers had been taken to a pick-up shop to collect. We cannot comment on the reason or nature as to why this happened, but it is usually due to a recipient not being home or they could face other challenges at addresses. We are sorry this did not meet your expectations on your Floom order, we would like to note we do not ask £11 for delivery and in this instance the cost for the delivery on your order was £6.99.
 
We do hope your recipient loves the thoughtful gift.

Every bouquet I’ve ordered and sent to a loved one has exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I can’ recommend them with confidence. You won’t be disappointed.

I've bought two bouquets for my lovely friend for two different occasions and both were beautiful and delivered on time. I mistakenly gave the wrong address for one but one message rectified it.

I initially did a Google search for florists in north London and came across floom! I was so impressed with the request to submit the post code area I wanted the delivery made to. Browsing the site was easy as well as an abundance of beautiful bouquets to choose from there was also price ranges as well. I loved the fact there were add-ons suggested to go with my purchase. Once I placed my order including a message card I was able to see when the delivery would arrive. All of this by the touch of a few buttons ☺️. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future bouquet deliveries. Simply amazing! Thank you so much 😊
