“Ordered for next day delivery and was told on the day that the order could not be completed. However the full refund was processed immediately which was good so I just phoned a local florist and ordered for same day delivery. Should have done that in the first place!”

“For my latest purchase -- I was let down by the quality of the flowers (for the price), and the balloon I ordered was not only incorrect but also deflated :( I have been a loyal customer for years, and have never been disappointed until now. All I received was a refund for the balloon, and I do not think that makes up for the inconvenience at all.”

“Living in Sydney,we have a different Mother's Day so I became aware on Sunday evening and needed same day delivery. Usually it wouldn't be such a big issue but my Mum just received a terminal diagnosis and I don't know if she'll be here in 2025 :(. I called several florists to no avail, Floom was the only company to offer same day, it arrived only a few hours later, a beautiful bouquet of flowers that overwhelmed my Mum. Thanks so much floom for facilitating this, couldn't recommend enough.”

“Im so happy I discovered floom! I have a favourite florist I use for my friends in london and I always wanted to send my mum her flowers but my mum was too far away from bimba to deliver. I randomly came across floom on Google looking for local florists and was super happy to see my favourite florist on there. Floom is very clever.”
