“Nice big samples. I couldn't decide between 2 colors so ordered 3 full planks of the color I was leaning toward. I'm so glad I did. I knew it was the right color immediately. They were sent super fast. I had gone and looked at different samples at different stores and nothing compared to the Flooret.”

“The 12" samples arrived quickly and were very useful. The sample shows that the floor has significant substance to it. A sample also makes it easier to visualize in our room and is much better then just an internet picture. Of the six I ordered I'm going to pick the two that will look best in our room and order full plank samples.”

“The quality and prices eems very good of the Sutton and Soho samples, especially when compared to big box stores. We would prefer a more varied pattern and less yellow in the Soho. Am concerned that the deep grains in Sutton would make it difficult to keep clean.”

“I purchased the base arbor--we were doing most of the house (except kitchen and bathrooms, which we had previously tiled). We didn't love the 9 in width so we went with the base, but they have less options for stairs. We did the majority of the floors ourselves, except our stairs and landing with stairs. Our contractor for that was unimpressed with the option that we had purchased for the stairs. I think I would thoroughly recommend the base for very standard, no stairs--and the upgraded floors for very normal stairs, but a bigger company that can handle the pieces/ plugs for a landing. Price is great. IT was an easy install for easy rooms. I will also say that we had issues first with the sample order and then had to call for the flooring order... and again for the trim order.... but I suspect that is normal in covid and with direct from manufacturer... just to let you know what to expect.”

“So i have gotten samples from multiple manufacturers and each time, I have given my husband and toddler the samples to destroy. The flooret samples seem to be hold up better than any others. Originally, I figured it was the 40 mil wear layer but the base models seem to be holding up as well. I also rubbed cherry juice on them and let it sit overnight and that too did not stain them.”

“The samples arrived in a timely manner, packaged in a very sturdy box. Based upon inspection of this product and researching the products of other companies, I will be purchasing from Flooret. A named employee also responded to a question I had, in a very timely manner. So far the customer service has been excellent. After I have received and installed the Signature planks I will be leaving another review.”
