Amazing, beautiful and durable floors! I went through about a hundred different samples from online and local retailers. Modin floors by Flooret were the best quality and reasonably priced! Nothing else can beat it!

I am very happy with this flooring. I am a 65-year-old grandma and I installed it myself on a 14' x 24' basement floor. I've never installed any kind of flooring before this. I had very little trouble other than in places where I had to scoot a piece under a door casing and try to get it to click in. I started out making all my cuts with a circular saw which was very easy but very messy and noisy. I ended up just scoring and snapping the crosscuts with a utility knife but for the long cuts, I used the circular saw. There were a few pieces where it seemed that the texture was so deep that the finish didn't fill it adequately and therefore looks like a blemish and doesn't have the same low gloss as the rest of the piece. It looks like a scratched area. There weren't that many pieces like this and I was able to put some in corners where it wouldn't be noticed. Also, the surface feels powdery. After I noticed it I cleaned the floor but I was worried that my cat might have picked up whatever the powdery substance was on her feet. Is the aluminum oxide wear layer toxic? Just today, I installed the baseboards and was surprised at how un-flat the floor was. I didn't notice it when installing the flooring. So I'm thankful that the flooring was flexible enough to handle it. The image I am including shows that I still need to add the transition trim around the concrete area in front of the stove which due to the safety code needs to be free of flooring. I may decide to tile that space.

RESEARCH PROCESS: We began the process of communicating with Flooret in early November of 2021. I'm a researcher when it comes to making a big purchase, so I had a lot of questions. All of the chat conversations I had with staff were very helpful. I ordered floor samples to check out, and they came very quickly. The packaging of the samples was very nice. We got samples in the Signature, Base, and Craftsman lines. The samples we received for the Catura and Raeburn looked indistinguishable in color. We found the Soho to be very yellow, and Kingswood competed with our existing wood accents too much. My husband was leaning towards the Craftsman line, but there were no pictures of it installed and no reviews. We ended up going with that line somewhat out of necessity, as the Nakan color we liked was not available in Base at the time, and I did not like the deep bevels of the wider boards. ORDER PROCESS: When we placed our order for 44 boxes (~884 sq ft) on November 15, the flooring showed it was a preorder. We had a target date to hit, so I was worried about not having the proper time to install the floor. I chatted with customer service about it and received a very helpful call that provided me with details I didn't previously know about the warehouse location and estimated shipping time to my location. We received the flooring December 3, but our order was short 5 boxes. We received those boxes December 9. INSTALL PROCESS: My only other experience with installing vinyl was cheap, flimsy boards from a local discount store. The way Flooret boards sound when they click into each other is a very clear indicator they're seated properly. The quality of the connection feels very good. We did notice that sometimes the boards would gap slightly as we went down the line, but usually tapping in the next row tightened it up. Sometimes there were slight gaps that never seemed to fully close up, usually angled on the short end of the board. Fingers crossed those don't gap worse with time. I'll be monitoring them and be sure to update my review if I notice them. We had to work backwards a couple times and did not find it overly difficult. We also noticed that we had very little waste thanks to the narrower boards, which was great. ABOUT NAKAN CRAFTSMAN SPECIFICALLY: I absolutely love the look of the Craftsman line. Unlike the 6" x 48" Base line, which is more typical vinyl dimensions, these do not immediately register as vinyl since the width and length is more akin to real wood. The color of Nakan is a very nice neutral wood, and only maybe 3-4 boards have really obvious grain/eye patterns that we had to be careful about repeating. Probably due to the narrower boards as well, we felt like we had a lot of different board patterns to pick from.

Looks great, from pictures others thought it was hardwood.

I am thoroughly impressed with the finish, weight, click-together sturdiness, and backing of these samples. I got samples in Tilden, Catura, and Arbor. The Catura has much less grain and is smoother, while the Arbor shows more grain and texture. I love the Tilden, and that's what we'll use for our basement. My husband plans on using Catura for his office.

Beautifully engineered product. I'm a mechanical engineer/home builder/ handyman who's building my "forevore home". Locking tabs are very strong and give a tight fit. After cutting to length over 100 pcs, I found every one cut cleanly, no separation between the base, core, and wear layer, and not one of the locking tabs chipped.

I really wanted to love this flooring because it's beautiful, but it has held up horribly after only 5 months of being installed. And yes, we followed all installation instructions and left the appropriate expansion gaps. We installed Sutton Signature throughout our entire house - about $15k - and it's buckling so badly in front of our doors that our floor looks like a Ruffles potato chip. Customer support shared that drastic humidity changes between interior/exterior environments can cause this near doorways and offered to replace the product. This was a nice gesture, but doesn't help with the labor to rip out floors and start over. Had we known the product was not suitable for high humidity locations (we live in Florida), we would not have purchased it. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone living in a humid area.

I’ve been searching for my most of the house flooring for sometime. Lots of other brand samples didn’t make the cut. Floret did. I will be ordering soon. The three full sized planks I ordered confirmed the quality and color. I don’t think there’s another LVP out there with that strong of a wear layer and the Sutton is the perfect neutral for my home.

The samples are great. However no matter how realistic, it says vinyl when it’s super wide plank in a new home. I’ll probably have to order the craftsman samples but they seem to narrow for the look I’m after. I wish you built your 6” planks in your heavy wear and 72” length. So I’m not sure I will use this product in my project

As out-of-state landlords with 11 single family rental homes, we are thrilled to have found Flooret! Their product is clearly superior to any other brand we had tried in the past. We have used Flooret LPV in our homes since 2017, and it still looks practically brand new. I highly recommend both the company and their products.

Samples are well worth getting, as you need to see how their 'hue' changes throughout the day based on the changing natural light within the home. Also, feedback for Flooret: be sure to label each Sample with the floor color as some are very similar and it's important to be sure. Ive received some that have a label and others not labeled! Also, same feedback for sample colors illustrated within rooms on website. Please label colors on the picture being viewed. Not all are labeled and it's confusing. This is a big investment so need to be sure what color & type it is! Tks

I am Happy with my samples, We Choose the Ashford signature for our home I ordered full size sample planks of the Ashford also. We are planning to do all down stairs 860 sq. ft.. If I just had a discount coupon that would seal the deal.

As a contractor the Signature Naken has proven to be a great product. Consistant, easy to install, quick delivery and great customer service is what has made us a repeat customer.

The floor looks outstanding. Feels heavy duty with great locking system. Good attached pad. I really like the Signature Series with the longer planks. The only changes I would personally like to see are more vivid contrast shades, like in hickory pattern. And the other is being able to get a micro bevel in the Signature Series. A wider bevel edge is visually appealing, but from my experience, it requires more maintenance to keep dust, dirt and dog hair out of the bevel.

The floors feel very smooth and are beautiful colors. Flooret is very helpful for suggesting ways to test the floor samples because after doing what they said, I found it easier to choose which floor I’d like for my home. Feels nice to walk on and as advertised, does not easily scratch.
