“Ugly plastic floors that do look a little nicer than offerings from Home Depot. They also lock together very well and seem very easy to install. Unfortunately, they also have a very fake over-all wood texture which was very confusing real wood floors dont have anything close to this texture. My sample pack came with a few fake out-of-date gray tones and didnt look like the warm tones from their site. Some designs had monolithic paint on the bevels to highlight the fact that these are not wood. Seems better to save up for real wood or maybe use these in a bathroom, but absolutely not a kitchen, scrubbing the texture seems like a nightmare. An absolute pass.”

“I haven't received any product, because everything is on backorder for 2-3 months, so I can only speak to the order process at the moment. I was charged full price immediately at purchase without any clue when it will arrive. I was hoping the charge would come when the product is ready. I understood it is backordered when I ordered, but it still is inconvenient, I will miss my deadlines, and not being able to fulfill product will make me think twice about recommending Flooret to someone no matter how nice the floor or price is”

“I am extremely disappointed in this flooring, and unfortunately it is now installed throughout my entire house. Flooret has great marketing which is how it caught my attention. The colors looked awesome and updated, it was an affordable price in line with competitors, and the reviews seemed really good, so I proceeded to purchase the Lato Base. I purchased the base model because I did not want the grooves in the signature model (to catch dirt) that are in the wider/longer plank model... we have two dogs. After our contractor installed the flooring, we were having issues with gaps in between the boards and some chips. Concerned, I called the contractor and had them come out to take a look at it and try to fix the issues I was pointing out. Their professional floor installer, upon inspection and an attempt to fix the problems, told me that the quality of the floor was lacking. It doesn't have interlocking ends which leads to gaps upon being walked on - it just slides in and out of place. He also said that it is a very brittle product, so if the boards are installed tightly (like when trying to fix gaps!) there is a chance it may chip. Additionally, the wood look pattern in the planks are indented and capture all of the dirt that my dogs bring in... I bought LVP so I could mop and keep it clean, and they are hard to keep clean. All in all, I'm beyond disappointed in this product and regret purchasing and installing. It seems negligent to sell an item that is this poor quality, but marketed as "luxury." DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I spent over six figures on a beautiful home remodel, and this flooring choice is by far my biggest regret.”

“Terrible experience. Flooring arrived damaged. They are forcing us to ship back the flooring before we get refunded- easier said than done with having to strap them back to a pallet and organize pickup around winter weather conditions in the Northeast. I have zero desire to spend yet more time and energy in shipping back product they sent to me damaged. Extremely disappointed with this company on multiple levels.”

“Don't waste your money. After paying for small samples, I paid for 2 full-length samples to get a better idea of the look of one option. Flooret claims to have multiple patterns, but both samples were the same pattern. I called to speak to a customer service rep and after being on indefinite hold, hearing the same message repeated every 30 seconds, I left my number for a callback. Flooret never called me back.”

“The floors look amazing but compared to smaller planks they are awful to install really hard to get every plank perfectly fitted in. We had to end up getting professional installers in and they said the same thing really difficult to install. It was nice to have less tedious work (smaller planks are tedious as hell) but you must have the pattern PERFECT because on planks this large it’s super obvious. Also flooret lies about shipping times. I ordered transitions that said they would ship October first and it’s now November 17th and no stair transitions. But they keep updating the expected date on the product page so people will keep buying. Overall I would never recommend flooret. The floors look nice enough but I don’t like dealing with a company this dishonest especially when I’ve spent 10,000 with them already.”

“They look very nice and seem durable. They have been awful to install. I had an installer walk off the job because it was so difficult and he didn’t want to do it. Another one refused to stagger in some places because working with the boards is so difficult. Make sure every installer knows that they are extra long boards because apparently that’s a problem.”

“I wanted to live this flooring because it's very attractive but the wear later failed a key scratch test pretty easily and the scratch was not able to be buffed out. Considering it's a more expensive product for an LVP and boasts a thick wear later this was disappointing. We will not be moving forward with the product.”

“The product is good. We used it in a new residential construction hours, 2600sqft, 4 bed 4 baths with a triple RV garage. So far the product has held up well. It was easy to install and looks nicer than your big box brands, but I have used Lifeproof several times and this is comparable, but much more cost. I'm happy with the product, however, about 20 cases of flooring arrived damaged or severely damaged. The packaging they used was very poor to say the least. We contacted the company and were told they were going to send out 20 new cases to replace the damaged ones. We never received them, even after multiple contacts with the company. They basically placed the cases on a pallet and wrapped them a couple of times in cheap pallet wrapping plastic. All of the pallets arrived with at least some damage to some cases. Their customer service appears to be very poor and they do NOT stand behind their product like they claim. See pictures.”
