“I tried out several different samples and I found the materials to be high quality and very sturdy, and very easy to lock together, with a water tight seal at the seams. However, everyone in my house agreed that the surface of the material feels too rough on your feet, both with bare feet and in socks. I had read some other reviews about the surface feeling like a fine sandpaper, and I agree. This would be an excellent product if the surface was smoother and better feeling under your feet. We ended up buying Pergo and love the feel of the surface, though it's clearly a flimsier product than the flooret. Unfortunately the plastic sandpaper feel of flooret was a deal breaker for me. If it was in a business where everyone wears shoes, itd be great.”

“I really wanted to love this flooring because it's beautiful, but it has held up horribly after only 5 months of being installed. And yes, we followed all installation instructions and left the appropriate expansion gaps. We installed Sutton Signature throughout our entire house - about $15k - and it's buckling so badly in front of our doors that our floor looks like a Ruffles potato chip. Customer support shared that drastic humidity changes between interior/exterior environments can cause this near doorways and offered to replace the product. This was a nice gesture, but doesn't help with the labor to rip out floors and start over. Had we known the product was not suitable for high humidity locations (we live in Florida), we would not have purchased it. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone living in a humid area.”

“Quality of the flooring is great. However the customer service, order process, and shipping is sub par. Flooring goes on backorder for months without notice and with no follow up from flooret. No one will be able to tell you when the flooring will come in because they are unable to track their shipment from China through the unload port. This becomes a difficult situation when you have renovation deadlines and contractors, move dates, and timelines must all be rescheduled. All of which incurs additional costs. The last order I received was outside their promised 12 day shipping window. After paying $200 in shipping, I had to try and negotiate with their 3rd party shipping agent to schedule my own delivery. No shipping credit was given for being outside this promised window. Buy more expensive flooring from a reputable company and you will be better off.”

“Ordered 10 days ago - credit card charged immediately. Order has not shipped and customer service cannot say when it will ship. They say they do not have any information on order shipping and that the warehouse is really busy. It is hard to line up available installers and delays add to construction costs.”

“Ordered a full box while trying to decide what flooring to go with. Box came damaged. Cali flooring sales dept has been much more help during this process, Flooret could use some of that customer service training! Would have been nice if they offered a refund on the damaged product as well.”

“Shipping took an additional 3 months on top of what we were told. Communication was very poor between Flooret, FedEx and us. Often told inaccurate/conflicting info. Floors finally professionally installed at our lake house. They look great. They've been in for less than a month, we haven't even moved furniture in yet and already noticed a large scratch on the hallway floor. No idea where it came from or how to fix it. It's a lake house that no one has even stayed in yet so no idea where it came from but it wasn't there when first installed. Concerned about durability once we get to actually using the house. We'll see.”

“I don’t understand why they continue to offer samples of product they can’t sell. We have tried twice now to order for our entire house and both have been out of stock.”

“Was so excited thinking it was going to be the perfect color and quality, everything I wanted in a floor, but was sadly disappointed, the samples had a dirty hazy look to them, even after we cleaned them, also we tested it for its scratch resistance and it failed miserably. I cannot recommend this flooring to anyone.”

“Was very disappointed in the samples as far as how they looked. I thought the patterns looked fake and plastic. After reading more reviews it sounds to me like you dc’d what people liked.”
