“Thank you for sending the floor samples quickly. All though we like the look, I’m not sure if the locking system is quality. What locking system has been installed with your product? The print shows quality texture and the feel is very nice, however, we have decided to go with a different brand. Thank you and excited to share with others.”

“Service was very good. Unfortunately, the colors of the samples looked a lot different than they did on my laptop and phone. Also, it's impossible for me to judge how an entire floor would look, by a sample of 1 section. Finally, I didn't realize that delivery of actual flooring is only curbside, which doesn't work for us.”

“The boards were dirty and marked up so it was difficult to evaluate how they looked. Also, the discounts weren't applied.”

“Every order I have received there has been a substantial amount of damage.. This takes a ton of extra time and has cost me thousands with contractors and dates having to be pushed back. Please change the packaging you ship your products in.”

“Ordered samples: quick delivery, good size, colors not even close to website pictures, so be sure to order samples. Flat rate shipping adds considerable costs to smaller projects. Ran tiles through a few durability tests and they did not perform as well as expected. Considering other brands.”

“I couldn’t find a sample that matched my flooring. I’m wanting to do the stairs and next to the stairs (which are carpeted) is the flooring I’m trying to get a color that is close.”

“The flooring was nice, but they need new packaging. The product arrived damaged. Both ends of the boxes were opened upon delivery with scuff marks and chips on the flooring.”

“Good quality, but very very expensive and even more expensive shipping. Never any deals compared to other sites of similar quality for much less money. Also says if you leave a review you get $20 off your next order, but they never send the $20 off coupon code even after completing review.”

“The colors are nice in the samples. One of my issues with this company is that they do not give pricing discounts for bulk orders. Other competitors online such as coretec, which is a very good company with great options, has retailers that offer pricing for much lower, making this product more affordable. Reps from this company have said the flooret is better than coretec, but there are just not enough reviews and there is not enough information out there to purchase this company's product at a more expensive price. If they were to compromise on pricing with bulk orders, it would help me feel comfortable in purchasing as would other customers”

“I think Flooret is a very solid product from other reviews and after seeing the product myself. However, I am not completely sold on the color selections. There is very little variation in grain patterns and I don't believe they have one color that you would call very "warm" and light colored. Nearly all of their selections are toned down with gray. I know warm isn't in style but there are plenty of people like me who just want a floor that looks like real clear coated red oak which has undertones of yellow and red as well as several other colors throughout. I like Soho base the best, but from a distance you can't see the grain at all, it just looks like a solid blonde color plank. Flooret is in my list of top choices due to warranty and customer service but I'm still looking for that elusive color that truly looks like a nailed down (no bevels), clear coated (satin not flat) red oak floor with some very minor aging (yellowing/oranging) and which all real natural hardwoods do.”

“Beautiful samples but don’t know if I will choose Flooret floors. There is too much gray in the colors. I am trying to blend the flooring in a new addition with the oak floors in my mid century house and the color needs to be closer to the golden oak color of my existing floors. The narrow width of the Craftsman series is just right.”

“I am concerned about my contact with Flooret. I had no problems with samples which were sent via Amazon. A direct order through Flooret for full size planks resulted in more small samples sent. The customer support insisted they sent the correct order. My pictures prove otherwise. I hope this does not happen when I order 1300 square feet. Very apprehensive!”

“I thought I loved flooret until I ordered two of the same style. The color difference is so great that I wondered which color of the flooring I would get. Or would it be a mixture of both?”
