“We are in the process of repairing our home after Hurricane Laura in 2020. Our contractor asked us to look at flooret.com for flooring. When I realized we could order samples I did so and was very pleased with how quickly they were delivered. We chose Arbor Signature for the living areas, bedrooms and hallways.”

“Samples were delivered rapidly. It was honestly a tough choice to decide, but we've decided on our tone. Love the fact that the bevels are so prominent and that the planks are so wide. Looking forward to an easy installation.”

“The samples arrived in a great package and the sample itself looked identical to the computer picture on the Flooret website. From start to finish, the samples arrived within 4 to 5 days. Flooret even provided us with daily email messages keeping us posted on the delivery status which we really appreciated. We are now in the process of purchasing our luxury vinyl plank flooring from Flooret. I highly recommend that you look at Flooret's product line. Roger in Oklahoma.”

“The quality of the samples exceeded all other flooring products we have looked at. The problem is picking a color! Some of the samples were extremely close (Lato and Yuzan) so I would recommend ordering a few pieces of each to try to get a better representation of the finished product.”

“The presales group was incredibly helpful with answering general and installation questions. Post-sales support was even better when helping me with a few boxes damaged by the delivery company. We installed the flooring ourselves in a 900sq space. It was much easier than expected and turned out absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Flooret and their Modin Signature product.”

“I decided to have Flooret Lato Signature installed in my entire home at the same time for one, seamless look across the house. It was a big risk, but I'm so glad I did! The floors look absolutely beautiful and provide the exact look I was going for. Of course, now, I need to paint my whole house, too! I did not install the floors myself, but had a professional do them. In portions of my home, these were installed directly over tile while in other parts, they replaced laminate (not installed over). I can tell the difference when I walk over tile versus plain concrete, even though the contractor leveled out the transitions. However, this doesn't bother me and may be more psychological. As far as the appearance, my new floors don't look like vinyl, they look like wood. I've gotten multiple compliments from people when they visit, they are impressed with the quality and the look. The signature plank's length and enhanced bevels really look expensive and beautiful. When I walk across the floor, there is a pleasant (to me) "plunk" that reminds me of wood flooring, too. My contractor took a really long time to install the floors. He is naturally slow, but he mentioned that due to the length of the board and the multiple angles in my home (there was a LOT of cutting to fit the angles), it took longer than he expected. This was absolutely worth it in my opinion, just know that it may be slow going before you dive in. I'm glad I chose to do my entire house at one time - it has totally changed the look of my home for the better, and I LOVE my new floors. I had the floors shipped to my flooring installer and there was an issue with delivery (totally FedEx's mixup). The customer service from Flooret was absolutely awesome, and not only did those I spoke with work with friendliness and urgency, I received follow-up emails as they tracked down the pallets of flooring. It was really the best customer service experience I've had in a really long time.”

“I have put this floor in the big house I had, did entire house (8 rooms), loved this floor, when I was selling house people could not believe it was not wood, they bought house. Moved to a villa and also put this floor down (Sutton), very happy and pleased.”

“Quality of your Modin 72in plank is second to none! Great product easy to install. Looks great and very durable! Lachlan color Is lighter in person than the pictures on the Internet. I will be ordering more samples of other colors. Love this flooring!”
