“The base samples we received are amazing! Manageable size, great wear, and gorgeous! Seems like the sample boxes are inclined to be damage in shipping but holding out hope that an entire pallet will be fine :)”

“I only have experience with the samples. They are packed with care. Sample are of large size. Id like to see for the colors with much variation to have an option to purchase one of each “color”. Would like more choices in the base. Personally, I prefer no bevel and thin vs wide plank.”

“Flooring is great, very sturdy and feels to be of high quality. They arrived quickly. Just one criticism, several of the samples I ordered were for “high variation” patterns so, as recommended, I ordered several pieces of that pattern. Unfortunately all the pieces I received were the same color, so I got 3 pieces of the lightest part or the darkest, or who knows! Not a very representative sample. I still ordered my floors though, although I chose a different pattern.”

“size of panels and product quality = Excellent! Accuracy of color of samples on website, over plays red tones when compared to actual samples. Not close for the Elmsted and Brenwick sample planks I have received. The first sample planks I received, the Nakan sample were beautiful and completely looked real, but too light for my house, so I have continued trying to find a plank, medium brown with lightly red highlights. So far I have not been successful. I plan to continue trying Maybe with the smaller samples.”

“Was really happy with the quality of the sample, but no one has returned my call with questions about why the color looked completely different than it did online So it’s hard to get more information and make a decision about ordering.”

“We love these floors. It has only been 2 months, but we are very happy with our choice to use Flooret. Although I have noticed some scratching/marks from normal everyday wear which I wasn't expecting given the 40mm wear layer, overall we are very happy. We also had an issue with shipping (2 boxes were destroyed), Flooret was quick to resolve the issue.”

“I really like the size and quality of the samples. The full samples definitely help with color but unfortunately the colors I chose are just not working in our home so I am ordering more. I am finding the difference in color online vs in person quite different which is just the nature of ordering online. That's my only complaint though; otherwise I love them.”

“The full size samples arrived a little damaged but I really liked the product. It seems to come together pretty easily and it looks really nice on the floor. I have not done the installation on the whole floor as of yet.”

“I bought 9 different samples. Glad that I did, because the samples in some cases a little different from website images. The quality seems quite good and expect I will do one room of a cottage and see how it goes”

“The quality of flooret LVP is the best I’ve found. I wish the graining image were done as well as DUCHATEAU. Also, and this may be my computer, the colors online aren’t a good match of the colors in person.”

“The shipping was fast and easy. The boxes were heavy so you might need help moving the flooring to where you need it to be. The floors are well constructed. Installation was a TON of work. We installed over a concrete floor (in our basement) and it was difficult. The boards are so large that it took a lot of effort to get them to latch together. We found that using the tapping block just broke the tongue on the board so we ended up using a scrap piece of the floor (with a cut edge) and the pull bar to pull the boards together. I would recommend the flooring to anyone, just be prepared to work hard to install it.”
