“I very much appreciate Flooret's customer service. They were very responsive to my texted questions about their Craftsman line of vinyl flooring. They sent our order of samples and then later one box of Soho flooring very quickly. The single box of Craftsman Soho that arrived was in great condition and the planks all fit together nicely. They are very rigid and appear to be high quality. We laid out the planks in the box on a patch of our kitchen floor and have been trying it out for a week. To test the durability, my spouse dragged a kitchen chair (With plastic protective feet) across the planks while he was sitting on them. The planks did great. The chair left only very faint marks and they were easy to rub out. We tested the planks with water and it just beaded up on top. Durability appears to be fantastic. In the end though, we decided to continue to look at other brands of LVP flooring. We love the look of narrow boards in traditional oak hardwood floors. Unfortunately, that is currently out of fashion and therefore hard to find. The Craftsman line fits the bill there, but we also want warm, light colors. The available lighter colors (like Soho and Nakan) however don't fit our desire for more visual warmth. We thought that variations in the box of Soho would give us more of a warmth range than the initial two small samples Flooret sent, but, while there is more variation, it's still a very cool-looking floor. I know that cool undertones are the fashion right now - I just wish there were more options for us old-fashioned warm tones types. Also, the tactile feel of the floor is a bit tacky/sticky. We have old hardwood on some of the floors in our home and they feel smooth, rather than sticky-ish. This is something we noticed is true for many LVP floors, not just these floors. Perhaps we will just have to accept if we ultimately decide to go with LVP - but for now we're also on the lookout for smoother LVP. Anyway, it seems like a great product, it mostly just doesn't fit our aesthetics.”

“This is gorgeous flooring at a fantastic price point for the base! I went to Floor & Decor a lot and even Home Depot and Lowes. Every sample was not quite hitting the mark on the light color I wanted, and they would end up being too white, too yellow, or too grey. I had gotten samples from Flooret because I could tell the tones I was looking for were offered. The contractor preferred Floor and Decor, so I kept trying and trying. I kept returning to the Flooret samples as Lato was the right look I was wanting and unable to find anywhere, especially at my budget. After speaking to my contractor, he agreed it looked nice, so I went ahead and ordered 725sqft of Lato Base. The delivery team were professional and not a single damaged plank! Every box was in perfect condition. My contractor commented it was easy to install and not many broke during install. I have three kids, two dogs, and two cats in a small home. I needed to lighten the space up but also know the floor could handle us all. The project is more than 60% complete and it is so beautiful! I love how it feels underfoot and I’m just so happy with it. I would 100% use this company again for flooring.”

“I purchased Yuzen Signature flooring for my dining room and master bedroom. I absolutely love it. The rest of my home is restored terrazzo. The flooring blends great and provides that mid century modern look we love. The flooring installs nicely once you get the hang of it and goes rather quickly due to the wide width and long length of the planks. So far it cleans up easily and has held up to a lot of foot traffic due to construction crews doing restoration from flood damage (thank you hurricane Ian). The actually flooring is so much more beautiful than the sample.”

“We have 2 houses with Flooret our primary has the yuzen and our 2nd home has lato. We absolutely love both of them. Our friend told us about Flooret and we saw it in her house and had to have. We have a golden retriever and a corgi and no issues we clean with the Bissel Crossover”

“The colors are nice in the samples. One of my issues with this company is that they do not give pricing discounts for bulk orders. Other competitors online such as coretec, which is a very good company with great options, has retailers that offer pricing for much lower, making this product more affordable. Reps from this company have said the flooret is better than coretec, but there are just not enough reviews and there is not enough information out there to purchase this company's product at a more expensive price. If they were to compromise on pricing with bulk orders, it would help me feel comfortable in purchasing as would other customers”

“I ordered 3 full planks, 1 signature and 2 base. Then I ordered 4 more, Flooret provided a 50% off coupon to ease the blow. I tell you they are beautiful and I'm going to use this for my basement. I'm waiting on the other 4 to show up so I can make up my mind. They do tend to be lighter in person than on the web site.”
