“Everything received as ordered. Descriptions of the garments are accurate and I have been happy with most of my purchases but the feel of the fabric is a missing attribute when purchasing on-line.”

“Love the styles, love the fabrics, worry about the accuracy of the measurements used ( not standard cms or inches !?!?!) not pleased with the lack of refunds when items are returned!!!”

“This dress was very unlike other items that I have bought from Floryday. It was completely shapeless and the material was awful. However, Floryday responded very promptly to my complaint and completely refunded my payment. This is good customer service.”

“Placed order then read bad reviews and lead time for delivery of items. I ordered the items for a wedding which was in 2 weeks time. I didnt realise they were coming from China. Got really worried. So i emailed them with my concerns and was going to cancel. But they assured me i would recieve them in good time. WELL!!! They did arrive in good time. All items were as in photograph. Didnt give 5 stars as all items were crammed into a small box.”

“I love the dress, the only reason I have not given an Excellent mark is because the Shoulders are a little too narrow. Otherwise, colours are lovely and fit is good.”
