One of the dresses is very good quality the other not so a hole appeared in the pocket after the first wear and the seam at the back pulled when j sat down

I was alarmed when I read the poor reviews on this site of Floryday (after I had ordered an item from this firm!). When the item arrived, it was not what I wanted, so I contacted the firm via the internet as instructed. I received a reply very quickly. They did not require that I return the item and would refund the full cost of the garment. This they have done faster than they promised. One cannot complain at this service, which I found excellent.

Thanks Floryday. I read the reviews for Floryday a couple of days after placing my order. I must admit I got a bit nervous but my experience with Floryday from start to finish has been very good. There was excellent communication with regards to an item that was out of stock; I received the refund for that well within the given time frame and the remaining items were then immediately dispatched. My goods arrived just in time for a special weekend I had planned. All in all Flory deserve this 4 star rating.

I recently ordered two dresses from Floryday. They were true to the pictures and true to size. I have received many complements. The shipping takes longer since its shipped from China but if you're willing to wait its worth it.

I had ordered a blouse that looked fitted on the website. After reading the reviews on this website I became worried that I was being scammed so I immediately tried to do more research. I saw the same blouse on another website on Amazon so I grew even more worried. Seeing the item in different pictures I decided I didn't like it anyways so I grew more adamant to cancel thinking I would be ignored or scammed. To my pleasant surprise I got an immediate reply and my item was refunded immediately. They of course offered other solutions but deferred to my request. I felt so much better having realized I hadn't been scammed and in fact had been treated with the utmost respect.

Love the dresses super choice. Have had to return a few things (personal choice). No free returns but use Hermes. Money refunded to my account very quickly - you just have to read the returns policy carefully

So far lve placed three orders and not been dissapointed, and the only reason l gave a four star because of the time it takes to get my order which is usually three weeks.

I ordered two outfits. Delivery was as expected. One outfit was perfect, good quality and suited me well. Other was a dress and wrap. Unfortunately in two very different sizes, even though packed together. I contacted customer services. After a few prompt messages back and forth during which they gave me alternative options re money back or replacement they sent me a new outfit and told me to keep the original! The size of dress and wrap matched and looked lovely. I like their website as clothes are more unusual and interesting than most in UK. I hope to order more, so I'll see how it goes. So far I have been impressed with customer service.

Just received my two blouses from Floryday. Although a longer wait than ordering from UK sites, I have to say pleased with my choice and perfect for me. I was worried after waiting some time and then reading reviews of cheap material, too big etc.. I knew from the write up that my blouses were made of rayon so wasn't expecting linen or silk! Although have to say, once ironed look and feel very silky. The sizes are true so don't expect UK small sizes. If unsure, order lower size rather than bigger. As I've said, and I'm a seamstress myself, beautifully made. I can't comment on returns service but it seems you have to organise this yourself through a trackable carrier and, no doubt, wait for sometime for refund as I did for my delivery. If you're in a rush, this is possibly not the company for you. However, I am very happy.

I got the hooded floral jacket,it's thinner than I expected and ideally wish I had ordered the next size up so could wear thick jumper underneath but I love it,it came when it said it would be delivered and got emails tracking it,would order again

The 2 dresses i bought were exactly as illustrated. The size was excellent. Unfortunately i waited 1 month from dispatch date to receive the garments. The company refunded me 10% when i expressed by dissatisfaction with tge delivery time.
