“This company sends out whatever they want when you order from them. They basically told me they will sub with whatever they have at the time and for me to read the fine print on substitutions. The item I ordered had nice flowers a birthday balloon and mug to match. The flowers they sent were ugly yellow with a pink and white carnation in the middle no class. Also, the balloon was one I could have picked up in the grocery store and did not match the mug the mug did not have the birthday cake on it was just a smiley face. I paid good money for something I could made better myself and delivered it on time not at the end of the day. Do not order from them. They did not offer a refund and all I asked for was for them to order the correct item the next day. They obviously do not make the funds needed to do good by their customers this is why they could not make things right with this order.”

“The absolute worst! Don’t use this company. I put my order weeks in advance and at the end of my friends birthday they called and said they couldn’t get the flowers I ordered and had to go with a cheaper version even tho I paid full price for the expensive flowers. No refund or credit was allowed even though I messaged multiple times.”

“I wish i can leave a zero review they make promises of same day delivery even rush delivery by 2pm. I ordered roses for my wife at 9am paid for rush delivery by as I sit here now its 6:30pm and no roses . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”

“My experience with FlowerShopping.com was mixed. The website was easy to use and the selection looked good, but the delivery was later than promised and the actual flowers didn’t quite match the photos. I might try again but only if schedules and expectations are clear.”

“I payed a heart and soul bouquet to send to my daughter on her birthday(10/16/25) and was delivered 2 hours late and the flowers you delivered wasn't even close that ones I pay for. I am very dissatisfied with you guys.”

“I ordered a snack bucket with ready available items like candy and snacks to be delivered today which is the 3rd anniversary of my Nephew’s Dad’s passing. I paid extra for it to be delivered next day on a Saturday after looking through at least four other vendor websites. I chose this service because the website said it could be delivered today. I received a message around noon that it couldn’t be delivered. This is so disappointing because the thought was to send a hug from their Aunt from far away, so that they knew I was thinking about them. You have to realize that people schedule deliveries on specific days because of the meaning of it sometimes more than the actual product. I’m so disappointed. I had to cancel the order and get DoorDash to deliver something. You need to be honest with customers when you can’t deliver. Sometimes it is more meaningful than you realize.”

“I was shopping for flowers for my daughter who had her first child. I chose flowers and paid. The were to arrive the next day. Then I read some of the reviews and got very nervous since I have been scammed in the past. This turned out to be the best experience I have had in ordering flowers. I called them the day of delivery and they told me delivery was on for that day. My call was answered promptly and they even called me back to tell me the exact time they would be delivered. All correspondence was professional and helpful. My daughter received the flowers exactly when they said she would. She sent me photos and they were even more beautiful and larger than the photo I looked at to select the flowers for my purchase. I don't understand why people left poor reviews. My experience was excellent. When ever I need flowers again this is exactly where I will go to make my purchase. Thank you for making my experience so smooth with wonderful results.”

“I ordered to arrangements for my mother's funeral. Since it was a local florists that arranged these for my mom's funeral this really goes towards that particular florist in Long Island but they shoukd vet who they use. 1st Loving Heart tribute. The flowers colors were pretty it did not look like a heart but more like a round oddly shaped wreath. They did not use a normal wired shaped frame that look like a heart, they created something out of some wires covering with aluminum foil and using foam rectangular blocks to create a triangle behind it. I had to rearrange the flowers myself to make it look like somewhat of a heart. I ordered and paid for the ribbon which was attached to the stand with packing tape and Staples visibly showing. The letters were already unpeeling and they must have run out of the letter v since they ripped the middle part of a letter A off and use that instead. Needless to say it was so extremely unprofessional and sloppy that I had to run out and create my own ribbon. Even the bow they used at the bottom was all smashed and crushed and they used a plastic straw and packing tape to try to create a floral wooden pic that normally a bow is attached to. The company would only give me 15% off because they said that the amount of flowers value was equivalent, but I did not agree as a lot of it was already wilting the ferns were already curling and the baby's breath was already drying up. The 2nd was the the Yellow Dawn Spray, which actually was delivered in a container instead on a stand and had not one of the flowers in the photo in the arrangement! The ribbon I paid for was missing! They did use the colors but I got no phone call saying they would be changing the entire arrangement, clearly there is a difference between arrangement in a pot and a spray!!! I had to rrun out and make my own ribbon. I would not recommend this company, also there was no follow-up email after I ordered I actually had to call the company and ask him if they got the order even though it had been placed over two weeks ahead of time I never got any communication back from them. I will never use this company again it made a stressful situation even more stressful. They refunded me 50% on the yellow Spray and 15% on the heart.”

“They did not deliver as promised. They messed up a once in a lifetime event. You try to call, they play awful music on a loop and never pick up. After 33 minutes I gave up. Will be contesting payment thru visa. Terrible Company! Would give no stars if I could.”
