“The bouquet ordered from the picture online looked nothing like it—no comparison!! Different color flowers (red vs pink/fuscia), different color case (clear vs fuscia) and no artistic arrangement at all. When complained they said the materials/flowers used were priced comparatively so there was nothing they could do. I’ll never use again. Also, had to ask if the flowers had been delivered and only then did I get an email that they had.”

“I ordered the Pretty Please floral arrangement and a stuffed animal for my granddaughter's Kindergarten graduation with Rush shipping. Wanting to suprise her for her special day. For $85 I was wanting to give her something special. However, in reality, the arrangement delivered was Awful. Not the color scheme or type of flowers or even a bow as pictured on the website. Plus no stuffed animal. When I called customer service day of the delivery I was assured they would followup. After a 2nd call as well as providing a picture of the dismal arrangement I was informed that the florist claimed that the arrangement met their substitution policy. Very disappointing!!!!”

“I hate that I saw the reviews after I placed my order. I emailed FlowerShopping.com regarding order 4154704 and received no reply. It’s now after the delivery time and I was definitely scammed. SMH such a soulless thing to do to people. People order flowers for special occasions or to offer sympathy for unfortunate events, to use this avenue to scam is sad. God bless you.”

“My Granddaugher just had a new baby. I ordered flowers and balloons. Never got delivered! She was discharged and through multiple emails they stated they couldn't deliver and that broke my heart. Needless to say I had to order some from another florist. I do not recommend them at all!”

“My flower order was stressful to begin with because my sister in law was very ill in the hospital. At the last minute , I had to make a quick change because the hospital decided to move her to a rehab facility the same day. I contacted customer service and they were so very kind and extremely helpful….my sister in law cried when she saw them…it really cheered her up….I can’t thank them enough for all their help , in such a time of need. They are simply the best ever !! Maureen from Montana”

“I recently ordered a large floral spray for my father-in-law’s funeral and I was nervous to order online instead of at a traditional local florist, but the spray was the most beautiful arrangement there. It was truly a blessing to be able to honor his memory with such a lovely arrangement. Thank you”

“I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company. The delivery was no problem but I never received a receipt. I was charged more than $40 more than what I the price of the flowers that I ordered. To make matters worse, I never received a receipt so that I could see why the price difference, and each time I called customer service to request a receipt, I never received a response or an explanation. Terrible customer service and I don’t trust them.”

“Picture was absolutely nothing like what was delivered. I understand certain shops may not have exact arrangements but I ordered all purple flowers as the arrangement was called LAVENDER. No a single purple flower in the bunch. Case was dirty and cheap. Paid extra “rush charge” to have delivered by noon…wasn’t delivered til 4:00 pm. Sent an email about disappointment in both services I paid for and they said there was nothing more they could do. Said they sent an email saying certain flowers may not be available. Why have pictures of certain arrangements of certain colors if you can’t make them, or at least something similar, available? Waste of $100”

“I got a hell of alot smaller arrangement than what was shown in the picture. I also ordered a balloon with the arrangement that I never received, I contacted customer service and was told I wouldn't receive a refund. Stevie Wonder can see the size of the arrangement is not worth the money. Customer service didn't even mention the balloon I never received. Total SCAM...dont waste your money.”

“I ordered a cross for a funeral costing $197.00; what was delivered was a much cheaper value spray, not at all what I ordered or paid for. Difficult to reach a human being on the phone for complaint. Refused refund so I will file complaint with credit card and better business bureau . DONT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Do not waste your time. I placed an order for my best friend's birthday only to have them email at 4pm the day they were supposed to be delivered, telling me they are unable to fulfill my order. Extremely unprofessional!!! Now my friend will not receive her flowers on her birthday!!”

“I ordered this premium flower spray for a friend's funeral. Being a "Spray" arrangement I paid the extra to have the flowers delivered on the day of the wake at the funeral home anytime before 3PM,to be sure the flowers were fresh. I was informed via email that my arrangement was delivered a day early. I was unhappy, but willing to accept this as long as the arrangement was satisfactory. I attended the wake last night, & 1/2 of the flowers were dead, & the other half were wilting. It was not good, and highly embarrassing. Website customer service denied refund. Do yourself a favor, & go elsewhere”

“Placed an order for same day delivery. Flowers weren't delivered, no phone call, text or email. I paid extra for delivery. Called to cancel order or ask for a refund, I so for have had no luck with getting my money back. Horrible customer service and business!! I wish i would have read reviews first!! Trying to get my money back that at this point I consider stolen. NO product delivered and defiantly didn't happen in the time frame i paid for! Please don't buy from them !”

“Order flowers for our 47th anniversary on the 15th of May to ne delivered on the 18th. NOTHING!! No flowers! No call! Nothing! I paid extra for a Sunday delivery! I did notice that they do not allow anyone to post a review on their website so the reviews must be screened and posted themselves! I filled out their contact page. Let's see if they respond!”
