Beware!!! This is an awful business. I've never been so mistreated in my life. They promise something they can't deliver, they are terrible at communication and I don't know how this website is still up and they keep offering something they can't provide.

Claim to have same day delivery but did not deliver that day. I was sent an email at the end of their work day stating the flowers were “successfully delivered or will be very shortly.” I reached out to customer service who claim to not have the capability to track where the delivery is. Was told to expect a call within 24 hrs for a response as to where it is even though it was “delivered successfully”. My wife was having an aweful day and I wanted to cheer her up with some flowers and now we are both upset and I’m out $75 dollars. Flower shopping.com sucks ass and I warn anyone else to not waste your money on a company that cannot deliver on their promises of same day delivery by printing shipments and sitting on the packages all so that they can appear to be making the deliveries but in fact cannot and leave their customers wondering where their orders are.

I am very disappointed with the bouquet I received. The flowers looked nothing like the photos on the website. I order premium bouquet for my sister birthday. But flowers were not fresh and many of them of them are wilted, and the arrangement seemed rushed and poorly done. For the price I paid, I expected a fresh and beautifully arranged bouquet, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I wish i could do minus rating. What order is different than what is received. Also I I paid for a balloon, and there was no balloon.

I ordered a flower arrangement on Jan 6, 2025 for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. The delivery date was supposed to be today, Sunday, January 12, 2025. It hasn't been delivered as of 6:30 pm today. (January 12, 2025) I even paid an extra fee for it to be delivered on a Sunday. I emailed customer service twice and have yet to get a response. Next, I will file a report with the BBB. Also, I'll contest the charges with my credit card company.

I wanted to give 0 stars but that was not an option. I ordered a fruit arrangement with some flowers to be sent to my family in Arizona for Christmas. It was to be delivered between 12/22-12/24/24. That was great. On 12/24/24 I was notified that it couldn't be delivered because they were too busy and had only worked until noon. It would be delivered on 12/26/24. Ok, one day late. On 12/26/24, again, no delivery. After business hours on the 27th, I get notified that the florist can't fulfill my order because they don't have the fruit they advertised. What did I want them to do? They could send flowers (my card mentioned their healthy lifestyle). I said no, find a florist that can fulfill the order and use them or go to the grocery. No they couldn't do that, they were canceling my order. It was a week late (almost) and now it appears that I didn't send my family a gift!! Don't use this place! They advertise things they do not have!

We placed our order and delivery date. On the day of delivery, we got 3 notices that they were unable to deliver our arrangement. They were sorry for the inconvenience. No explanation, no reason. No welcome home gift for our friend who had been recovering for 4 months in the hospital. If I could I would give a minus star.

This company accepted my order on Dec 28 for same day delivery. No delivery happened. After several emails with new delivery dates they finally sent an email on January 10 25 that they were unable to deliver in Nanaimo BC. Totally useless and unreliable company

Flowers never showed up but I got a delivery notification. I called for refund and was hung up on because she didn’t want to hear my dissatisfaction. She refused any accountability and offered no apology. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers for my wife's retirement - never showed up. They said, sorry, we do not deliver to your area after allowing me to buy them. It was for Sacramento, CA! You don't deliver there????? Horrible customer experience

I ordered flowers for the funeral of a Dear Friends wife who suddenly passed away. I picked an arrangement and paid extra for Sunday delivery. They contacted me on Monday to tell me they never delivered Sunday. Then missed the funeral altogether on Monday, claiming to upgrade and send flowers to the home instead. Finally on Tuesday they emailed me that they somehow failed to deliver at all offering a refund. I am embarrassed and ashamed to feel bereavement guilt and humiliation to boot. I pray my friend will forgive me for trusting these Clowns with a sensitive service.

I have ordered twice from this website/ company and both times my order has been nothing like what i ordered. I was informed after the first time i ordered that if specifics weren’t available they would do as close as possible to the arrangement. The arrangement i paid for was black and white, but what they sent was pink, purple, yellow, and orange. When i complained about it just like the second go around i was told that they “upgraded” my arrangement. If you can’t send almost exactly what the customer wants they should be notified and not you get to pick for them. Especially not with the price of these arrangements! Customer service is a complete joke and i was told since they “upgraded” my arrangement they saw no compliant and my file was done. Don’t order from them unless you want complete surprise for a high price.

Nothing like the photo, much much worse. When complaining, they said I should of said "no substitutions". Bouquet was supposed to have all roses in a tea cup and received carnations in a cheap glass.

Customers beware....I ordered a non toxic palm for my friend who has pets. The company did a substitution plant (a peace lily) which is toxic to cats. Without contacting me first. After a few back and forth with customer service they basically said they'd take 10% off of the plant they substituted. Doesn't do me any good, recipient still can't keep the peace Lily due to safety concerns for her pets. Make sure you contact company if you have pets or allergies and need the plant you ordered. 90+ dollars out the window. Very bad customer service. Had to go out and grab a palm at the grocery store fir 1/5 the price of the poor substitute plant. Unhappy customer here

Horrible. Ordered flowers on 12/26 asking for Saturday 12/28 delivery (which they offered). Flowers didn’t come. When I asked where my order was at 3pm only then did they say “your order can’t be completed”. They offer Sunday delivery if Saturday cannot be accomplished. But told me they can’t do it. Will never use them again. Don’t waste your time

Placed an order before reading all these reviews and I was really worried my flowers wouldn't be delivered, but they were and I'm pretty happy with them. I had ordered same-day delivery on boxing day (26th) and my order ended up being delayed, which is understandable since it's the holidays, but I wish they had been a bit more communicative. I got an email on the morning of the 27th apologizing about the delay and confirming that they would be delivered the following day (but didn't specify whether that meant the 27th or 28th). They were delivered later that day (27th, so one day late) and I got a "confirmation" email saying that they were delivered/would be delivered soon. They don't look identical to the picture, but I think it's close enough, and the dog stuffed animal is cuter than the bear in my opinion anyway. My boyfriend was happy with them and that's all that matters to me. I'm fairly certain this is just another company like Bloomex that contracts out to local florists, and while my experience was alright I think I'll just order from an actual local florist next time.

This has been by far the worst experience, it’s more than 24hours later and still no delivery. All i get is we are investigating when there was NEVER A DELIVERY. And they won’t give my money back, they don’t have an answer to what happened to the order. I’m dumbfounded and beyond upset. Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM

They delivered flowers 10 days late and after I had cancelled my order and still charged me full price. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS THROUGH THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly.
