It was a day late. What was purchased was nothing like what was delivered. I was a 1st time customer and it’s asking in the beginning for a review. I gave 3 stars cause nothing was done at that point. Actually asked me to change it. All together cost was 75 dollars. This is not a good company. I will never use them again.

Payed $116 dollars and did not get what I ordered, customer service pretty much said close enough we will refund some of your money, I sent pics of what I ordered and what I got... not even close.

This place is terrible and I regret using them to send flowers to a friend. First they did not deliver on the day that the order was placed even though it was within the same day delivery window, then when the flowers got delivered the following day, the arrangement looked like the cheapest, laziest version of what I actually ordered. It looked NOTHING like the picture and I’m very disappointed in them.

I ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my granddaughter. They were $36 and very pretty in the ad. Look on their page for the ones called "what a treat" deluxe. Then look at the picture of what she actually got. AND it wasn't until today that I saw there was a $20 delivery charge. So I paid $56 for that junk. I could have driven them an hour away to her myself for flowers/gas a lot less than that. what a joke.

I love in Memphis, TN. My best friend resided in Phoenix, AZ. She died last month (February) and unfortunately, I couldn't attend her memorial. I told her daughter I would send flowers. Purple was the color requested. I found a beautiful arrangement on the website called Dreaming Of Roses. They came in a purple vase. I ordered the day before the service. What was delivered was an assortment of TULIPS! Of course I was VERY upset and tried frantically to reach customer service to no avail. The daughter gave me a pic of the little cal florist that fulfilled the order. Upon speaking with the lady, she said there must have been a mixup. The replacement arrangement was STILL not what I ordered! I put in a complaint earlier this week and have yet to hear from anyone. I'm so hurt because I couldn't be there to say my final goodbye to my best friend and the flowers were such a disappointment! I wouldn't order through this service again if my life depended on it!!

Ordered my mom flowers and was charged way more than they were on the website. I called at 3:30 to confirm they were still being delivered and was told they were on the truck. At 3:42 I got an email saying the order was canceled. I called customer service to try to get my money back and I’m being told that she cannot help me. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

they guaranteed one-day delivery, which was the only reason why I selected them. the order was never delivered, and customer service was anything but helpful. i will never use them again.

Apparently you need to specify that you would like the delivery during daylight hours.....I ordered my daughter a bouquet of flowers for delivery on her birthday. She didn't receive them until 9:30pm that night. Sadly, I had to ruin the surprise by asking her if she got them because they were not there by 6:30p. After I notified the company, the flowers showed at 9:30pm. I paid $19.95 for delivery on a certain day and after I inquired about the missing flowers, I was offered a $5 credit on my next order for the late time. I was later told I should have stated a specific time for delivery (note- on the website you can only choose for delivery before 12p for an additional charge and there is no box to check for before bedtime). Customer service is my field and very disappointed in this experience and particularly the very late evening delivery of the flowers. I will not use them again.

Terrible. I ordered flowers for a friend whose daughter unexpectedly died. Two days after I ordered I received an email saying my order was canceled. I called the number on the email and they told me that they needed to create a customer service ticket and could do nothing. I am still waiting for my $107.97 to be refunded. Don't want to reorder bc not sure that will happen. Scam.

Showed up a day late, not what I ordered, forgot the stuffed animal and the poor person delivering the flowers looked tired and disheveled….poor lady was tired.

Flowers were ordered on Friday for Sunday delivery for a funeral. I received a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered. On Saturday, I received an auto-generated email telling me that the flowers could not be delivered on Sunday and that the order was going to be cancelled. I was unable to reply to the email and no one answered at customer service. On Sunday, I received another email stating that the flowers were going to be delivered on Monday. I went to the funeral on Monday, no flowers. At 130pm, I received an email stating the the order was cancelled. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and have left two messages with no return call. The money has not been refunded as of 3 days after the initial order. I wish I would have looked at the ratings before ordering from them. Never again!

Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place. I placed a 100 dollar order on Sunday, for a bouquet that was supposed to be for 1 hour delivery. I was also charged their “additional Sunday fee” of 10 dollars. It’s now more than 24 hours later and the arrangement still has not been delivered. When I called customer service to check the delivery status I was told they cannot see that information and that my arrangement has until 9pm tonight to be delivered. They weren’t even able to confirm my purchase. Why have a customer service line specifically for order/delivery status if they won’t give you any info? Unacceptable for the amount of money I paid.

I'd give no stars if I was able to. I placed an order for flowers for my friend who is celebrating her 50's birthday. I get a call on the day of the delivery that they would not be able to fill this order as they are in training, when I tried calling back I was informed they were closed. I received an email stating my order was cancelled and I was refunded my payment. They obviously plan their training days, so their system should not have accepted my order to be delivered if they were going to be closed. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Don't waste your time either.
