“Although I have not seen the flowers they were sent to my mother for mothers day . She has said there are beautiful and have a really good scent as many flowers nowadays when sent by post do not seem to have a scent. Arrived on time as requested thank you”

“There was no sign on the box of the flowers saying to stand the box this way up so the flowers were upside down. Also the flowers did not look like there was 25% extra given. From Neelufa Rahman”

“Flows are ok suppose. A day late and didn’t have the chocolates I ordered. They did provide some chocolates but wasn’t what the wife likes.”

“Simple ordering experience. Apparently, as I have not seen them, super, natural looking bunch of flowers. Receiver really pleased with them. Delivery a day late which was ok as arrived on Saturday of Mothering Sunday weekend, a very busy time.”

“Placed an order for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my Mother in law for on the day before Mothers day, however they did not arrive. Rang Mother in law on Mothering Sunday to see if she had received them, but she still had not. No notification from Flying Flowers to say a delay in delivery. Nothing. Appalling service, mother in law received nothing from us on Mothers day, really heartbreaking and dissappointing. Absolutely disgusted. When contacting FFcustomer services I was told I should expect delays and it is written on their website. Absolutely rubbish. Do not order from them, they can not be trusted to send flowers on the date arranged.”

Hi there, thank you for posting your review. As advised on our website when you placed your order there is a 90% chance your order will arrive on the selected date with the free delivery option.
