“I was a bit sad that the flowers were held up obviously due to the weather, and were a little sad when they arrived. However, we accept that you can do nothing about the extreme weather, and have always had excellent service before. Thank you.”

“Delivery was not made with no attempt to rectify. Will never use again as very unhelpful customer service department and doubtful of quality of flowers. Hopefully I’ll move onto to a better company after this bad experience.”

“Last week I ordered flowers for a friend and they were of disappointing quantity and quality (roses especially were wilted). So when asked to review, I was honest. Flying Flowers promptly replied by email apologising and they arranged another bunch to be delivered. My friend received them today and is very happy with them. Thank you flying flowers”

“The reason for a poor review was due to the fact they arrived three days late for an eightieth birthday celebration. I was only informed after purchase that there was a 90 per cent chance of delivery on requested day - disappointing!”
