Hi Margaret - I'm really sorry to hear about this. Orders delivered by the Free Royal Mail service have a service level of 90% with a slim chance they may arrive the day afer. This is explained on our website. Kind Regards Anita

Hi Andrea, Thank you for your review. With our Royal Mail deliveries there’s a 90% chance your gift will arrive on the selected date but there is a small chance it will arrive the next working day. This is explained on our website and in our catalogues. Regards Sue

“Many years ago a good friend sent us some 'Flying Flowers'. We were so impressed that we have used the service ever since. But of course, though everyone tells us how good they are, we never see our gift! This year two friends have sent us photos - and the bouquets they have received are splendid - exactly as shown on the website. Congratulations, Flying Flowers!!! All we need now is web technology that allows us to experience the scent too. Our friends say the freesias are superb. Many thanks indeed.”
