“The reason for a poor review was due to the fact they arrived three days late for an eightieth birthday celebration. I was only informed after purchase that there was a 90 per cent chance of delivery on requested day - disappointing!”

“All well organised and easy to order, MUCH better than M & S, Tesco and Waitrose. Arrived early morning so extra postage worked well. Flowers lovely. I have ordered some more for our daughter in law for Wednesday., Keep up the good work. Thanks Carole Brown”

“Ordered on Monday morning, picked delivery day Wednesday from the options list, flowers did not arrive Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, disappointing for us and our nurse daughter who we have not been able to see for 2 months and she really needed cheering up. Emailed flying- flowers Saturday morning and received an email soon after apologizing and sending a full refund. good response from customer services but we really wanted the flower delivered.”
