“I spent ages choosing the flowers for my sister in law and her favourite flowers are gerberas, you did email me the day before to say you short of stock , but by then it’s too late isn’t it ? You put in chrysanthemum s not as pretty and not her favourite flower”

“My flowers order went to my sister in law in a care home and they really made her day and cheered her up ,they was beautiful. My second order went to my friend for her birthday and same again beautiful flowers and she was very happy with them ,will recommend flying flowers to everyone ,”

“Ordered 2 bouquets for Easter and paid extra for prosecco and Lindt chocolates. Bouquets looked beautiful online. In reality, very small and pitiful looking, red wine arrived instead of prosecco and no chocolates at all. I was quite embarrassed that this had arrived for both sets of parents. Emailed customer service and was refunded for 1 order quickly which was great. I'm sorry but wouldn't use again. Certainly not worth it.”

“After receiving an email from you promoting Easter with free Lindt chocolate rabbits with code HAPPY EASTER, I decided to order some for my Mum as she will be on her own at Easter, as my Dad is unfortunately ill in hospital. There was nowhere to enter a promotion code when placing the order so I emailed straight away, asking for them to be included, as per your email. I was told it was too late as the order had already been passed to the supplier! Don’t advertise promotions that you can’t deliver. Not very good customer service.”

“I asked for five bouquets to be sent to friends. They were pleased with the flowers and some sent photographs. However, one of the bouquets, of which a photograph was sent to me, didn't appear to have as many flowers as another bouquet of the same kind, for which I paid £24.99 (saving of £10.00). On the whole I am satisfied with the bouquets and the delivery service.”
