“I gave the company more than a weeks notice to delivery flowers on a certain date and paid extra for this service. The flowers were left in the depot for 48hours and delivered 12 hours late. Also the wine I purchased to go with the flowers were also not delivered. Very poor service.”

“I have be a client of Flying Flowers for many years , often used to phoning late evenings as I remember a special occasion, always good communication on the phone ,especially as my requests were often remembered by the representative of Flying Flowers , Yes ok to do on line but as a pensioner home alone coping with this Covid 19 I do miss the telephone chat with the friends I have within your company. I wish you all well and keep safe . I look forward to being on the phone again soon. Regards Molly”
