“Flowers arrived spot on time. Very well packaged. Fresh and beautiful scent. I was kept informed regularly by email about delivery and when actually delivered. Special offer included a vase which was really great size and shape. Extremely delighted recipient and sender. Will definitely be using flying flowers for all my presents especially in these COVID-19 times.”

“Hi. I am very sorry to say that my friend was most disappointed with the condition of the flowers she received. I appreciate that you replaced them but it saddens me that as special birthday present was a disappointment, especially since the flowers I have sent in the past have come up to expectations. I had hoped that during lockdown and unable to deliver flowers personally, I could depend on a reliable on line delivery. Yours, E. Lockey”
