“The flowers I ordered were disappointing nothing like the picture, very droopy went onto chat and I was promised another box would be sent nothing as yet I hope that the second lot are not bad as well, I always used to use flying flowers, definitely much better then than now if the second lot are not good I shall be contacting you again Suzanne Porton”

“I gave the company more than a weeks notice to delivery flowers on a certain date and paid extra for this service. The flowers were left in the depot for 48hours and delivered 12 hours late. Also the wine I purchased to go with the flowers were also not delivered. Very poor service.”
