“Happy with the flowers sent to Mum but a little disappointed that the Lindt chocs were missing . I have no complaints though as I contacted customer service and they credited the amount back to my account and apologised immediately . I will carry on using them as I have done many times in the past 😊”

“The flowers/plants were very good. The only thing is that some of the flowers did not say who was sending them so the recipients rang me to find out if it was me that sent them!”
