“My order of a Christmas tree to my 90 year old mother in law was not delivered and it was due on the 14th to 16th December. I was with her this weekend and can confirm this. I asked Your customer services what had happened and was told to pursue this with the royal mail. My contract is with you not the royal mail and you should ensure its delivered. I am so disappointed as I use your company a lot and have not had this problem before.”

“Really good- from price to delivery. Everything as I requested and delivered on the day. The recipient sent me a photo of the received flowers and again exactly as shown on the website pre order. Will definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks.”

Thank you for leaving feedback, sorry to hear this. Please contact us with your order details if you wish us to investigate. We do advise that all our flowers are delivered for free by trusty Royal Mail, with 93% arriving on the day you choose. And if you want them on the day, upgrade to DPD delivery at the checkout. So I am very sorry that your flowers arrived two days late. Best regards Michelle

“Ordered a mini Christmas tree to be sent as a gift to a relative. Item not received when expected & no dispatch email sent to me until a few hours before it was delivered. Tree was OK but lopsided & had to be re-potted on receipt. Not all decorations as described in the listing were in the box. Disappointing as it was a gift.”

“My sister-in-law loved them. However, she did not know they had been delivered to her until I rang and she looked out of her front door and saw a box there. There is a bell for use but perhaps she did not hear it. She is not deaf, so I do not know what happened there. Fortunaltely, the weather was dry and there was no wind, so no damage done. They were delivered on the day I requested.”
