“My sister was very pleased with them - she has used the company herself and has found the service very reliable. The flowers arrived on the day I had chosen which was very good considering all the problems with Royal Mail at present.”

“Some flower heads no longer attached to stems, some wilted and never recovered, Reported to FF via their email address, received a reply (attached to a copy of my original complaint) asking for order details, plus a note of what was wrong. Next I received was a request to review. Not delighted”
