“My sister ordered flowers before Christmas for delivery between 21/23December. Flowers were a no show. When she contacted the office firstly she was told the did not have the order, then she was told oh, you won’t get this until 4 Jan 2021. Considering they were ordered 16th December, pigeon post would have been better. Appalling. Watch this space in case they are not delivered on the 4th Jan.”

“Delivered on time, all the people I sent them to, phoned me to say thank you and was so pleased with them, they said they were a beautiful colour, the smell was lovely, one person said she had never received carnations like them, the were lovely, I thought they were good value for the money.”
