“I ordered some flowers for delivery on 22 December, did receive an email telling me that it may take longer due to royal mail being inundated but the flowers did actually arrive on said day! Brilliant!”

“My dearest Auntie who is 95 years young, living in a care home & who has survived Covid recently, texted me to say how surprised & delighted she was last Tuesday when she received her Rudolph Planter. It us niw standing with the rose sent to her via Flying flowers last Christmas. Thankyou so much.”

“Flowers were ok but not normal quality....but the chocolates ...3 No....were disgraceful for £4.99 extra for each order. Very, very disappointing. Also one of our 3 orders for our 3 daughters, contained NO chocolates at all .......Extremely disappointed with the service on this occasion although past orders have been very good.”

“My sister and daughter were both thrilled with their flowers which arrived on the right day - amazing so near to Christmas. My daughter's flowers arrived on her birthday (23rd December) and they arrived in very good condition. A big thank you to you and the Post Office”
